1. Booking Policy

By booking with sinchulatrektravels, you agree to provide accurate identification for government permits.

• Advance payment of 50% is required to confirm bookings.
• Remaining balance must be cleared before the trip starts.

2. Cancellation & Refund

We understand plans change, but logistics in trekking areas are pre-paid.

• 30+ days before: 75% Refund
• 15-30 days before: 50% Refund
• Within 15 days: No Refund

3. Weather & Safety

Travel in high-altitude zones like Sikkim and Bhutan depends on weather conditions.

4. Traveler Responsibility

We promote "Eco-Tourism". Please respect local cultures and do not litter in the mountains. We reserve the right to terminate a tour in case of misbehavior.
